For what purposes do we process your personal information?
Administration of your purchase
We process your name, e-mail address, shipping address, invoice address and phone number ("your contact information") to process your purchase and to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. The legal basis for this is that it is necessary for us to fulfill the commitment in regards to your purchase. If your contact details are not provided to us, we are unable to handle your purchase or otherwise fulfill our commitments in relation to you.
We also process your contact details as well as details of your purchase to handle your claims for order cancellation or warranty. The legal basis for this is that it is necessary for us to fulfill the commitments regarding your purchase.
Marketing of our products and services via email
If you have given your consent to this when you made a purchase, we will also use your name and e-mail address to promote our products via e-mail by sending newsletters and promotional offers. We will also send our newsletter to you if you have requested this specifically via the form on our website. In order for you to get offers that are relevant to you, we will in some cases adjust the content using Profiling Data (see explanation below). The legal basis for this is your consent which you do not need to give in order to conduct a purchase. You can also unsubscribe from receiving newsletters and promotional offers by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail message.
Profiling
When you use our website, we will automatically collect and analyze your IP address, your purchase history, items you have shown interest in and your browsing behavior on our site ("Profiling Data"). For this, we use the Google Analytics tool. Our analysis of Profiling data gives us increased knowledge and understanding of our customers in general, and also enables us to present offers directly on our website that we believe are relevant to you (so-called profiling). The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in being able to develop our business and to market products for you that we believe you may be interested in.

If you have agreed to receive email marketing, as described above, we will also use the results of our Profiling Data Analysis to customize our promotional offers to you.
Who may have access your personal information?
Your data is generally only processed by us. We may however share your information with our partners in accordance with the below.
- To be able to deliver your order to you, we will share your contact details with logistics companies for shipping purposes.
- Payment service providers.
- Our internal and external IT providers and any other partner we hire may access our personal information we handle about you, but only to the extent necessary to fulfill our commitments in relation to us.
Where is your personal data geographically processed?
We handle your personal information in Sweden. Our distributors and logistics partners are operating worldwide.
How long do we save your personal information?
The personal data we process in order to administer your purchase or to fulfill our obligations as a supplier will not be saved for a longer period of time than is necessary to manage your purchase or fulfill our commitments.
For accounting purposes, we save information about your order and service agreement for seven years in accordance with current accounting legislation.
If you have given your consent to receive email marketing from us, we will save your name and your email address for this purpose until you unsubscribe.
Your personal data may be stored longer than stated above to the extent that we are required to do so by law, regulation or governmental directives.
How can you influence our processing of your personal information?
You are entitled to withdraw all or part of a given consent for processing personal data at any time. The revocation of your consent means that we will not continue to process your personal information for the purpose of your consent and that we delete the personal data in question - unless we need them for any other purpose under this privacy policy. You are also entitled to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing and / or profiling at any time. If you inform us that you oppose the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing and / or profiling, we will discontinue the processing of your personal data for these purposes and delete the relevant personal data - unless we need to continue processing the data in question for any other purpose in accordance with this privacy policy.
In accordance with current data protection laws, you are entitled to request information about the personal data we process about you, free of charge. If you want such information you can request this by contacting us by mail or e-mail. Our contact details are shown above. Until May 25, 2018, you are required by law to apply for this in writing, signed by you personally.
You may also, under certain conditions, request the deletion or restriction of your personal information or object to our data processing. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Data Inspection Authority or other supervisory authority that supervises the company's handling of personal data.
You also have the right to, under certain conditions, request the personal data in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format and may transfer them to a third party (data portability).
How do we use cookies?
According to the Electronic Communications Act, which took effect on July 25, 2003, anyone visiting a website should be notified of the use of cookies.
